Once you’ve been notified that your bike is shipping to you it will arrive in a few days. Although damage in the transport process is not common, it does occasionally happen. Be sure to verify that the crate is in good condition on delivery, before signing the delivery documents.
If you see that the crate appears to be damaged you should unbox the bike before signing the documents, whilst the delivery driver is still present. If items are damaged take photos of the damage and get in contact with our customer support team.
If you consider the damage to be significant you should refuse the delivery and contact our support.
If the damage appears to be minor you can accept the delivery and inform our customer support team. We can then send you the replacements for any damaged parts.
